The Little Big Band is USO’s most-booked evening format: vocalists at the front, with strings, saxophone and percussion behind them, performing to a professionally produced soundtrack.

The repertoire is contemporary and built for the dance floor, moving from classic floor-fillers and party anthems through to current chart material. The musicians bring the performance into the room, creating a high-energy, immersive set designed to fill the dance floor.

At six to ten pieces, it is designed for venues and events where space matters without compromising on atmosphere. The result is a full, high-energy sound that can take a room from the first dance through to a packed dance floor.

The Little Big Band is available in three sizes, each performed to a professionally produced soundtrack.

• 6-piece: 4 strings, 2 vocalists
  or: 2 strings, saxophone, percussion, 2 vocalists
• 8-piece: 4 strings, saxophone, percussion, 2 vocalists
• 10-piece: 4 strings, trumpet, saxophone, percussion, 3 vocalists

Up to 90 minutes of performance. Larger configurations are available through Bangers & Anthems, with other sizes available on request.

The Little Big Band is made for the after-dinner party: wedding receptions, corporate evenings, Christmas and summer parties, and milestone celebrations, the point in the evening when the tables clear and the dance floor takes over.

Its strength is versatility. With six to ten musicians, it brings together live strings, vocals, saxophone and percussion in a format that works beautifully across everything from intimate venues to larger event spaces. It is energetic, polished and built around keeping the dance floor full.

Because it is one team across the whole event, each part is planned to flow naturally into the next, creating one continuous musical journey rather than a series of separate bookings.
