Roaming Jazz Band
Stylish, uplifting and full of character. Performing amongst your guests, our roaming Jazz Band creates the perfect atmosphere for drinks, conversation and sunshine, bringing timeless jazz and swing classics to your celebration.
Acoustic Ensemble
Elegant, relaxed and full of warmth. Featuring live strings and percussion, with optional saxophone, flute or vocals, our Acoustic Ensemble creates the perfect backdrop for private events and celebrations, performing an eclectic repertoire tailored to the atmosphere of your event.

Our team works closely with you or your event planner, managing the music, production and logistics with care and discretion throughout. From the first conversation to the final performance, every detail is handled thoughtfully, allowing you and your guests to simply enjoy the occasion.
Your Favourite Songs, Arranged For You
Some songs deserve more than simply pressing play. Our Musical Director and expert team of arrangers create bespoke arrangements of the music that means the most to you, tailored to your celebration and chosen ensemble.
We can also create arrangements around cultural and family traditions, tailoring the repertoire to your celebration rather than the other way around. Bespoke arrangements are available for an additional fee and can be discussed during the planning process.

We've had the privilege of performing at iconic venues including the Ritz Paris and Palais Garnier, with celebrations taking us to Ibiza, Norway, Morocco, Mumbai, Switzerland and destinations across the globe.
Working closely with your venue, planner and production team, we manage every aspect of the musical experience, including travel and logistics, ensuring everything runs seamlessly wherever you choose to celebrate.

Can We Book Urban Soul Orchestra for Our Entire Event?
Absolutely. Many clients choose Urban Soul Orchestra to provide the music throughout their celebration. With one dedicated team and a single point of contact, every musical element is planned seamlessly from start to finish. We also offer bespoke multi-ensemble packages, providing exceptional value when booking multiple line-ups.
Can We Book Just One Ensemble?
Of course. There is no minimum booking with USO. Whether you're looking for a string quartet, a roaming jazz band, a party band or a DJ, every ensemble can be booked individually.
Can You Create Bespoke Music for Our Event?
Absolutely. Our Musical Director and expert team of arrangers can create bespoke arrangements of your favourite songs, as well as music tailored to cultural traditions or the theme of your celebration. Bespoke arrangements are available for an additional fee.
How Much Does It Cost to Book Urban Soul Orchestra for a Private Event?
Every celebration is different, so each proposal is tailored around your chosen ensembles, timings, location and requirements. There is no minimum booking, and when multiple ensembles are combined, secondary ensembles can often be provided at cost.
What Size Ensembles Do You Offer?
Every event is different, which is why all of our line-ups are fully scalable. From soloists, duos and quartets to 6, 8 and 10-piece bands, right through to our 50-piece orchestra, we'll recommend the perfect ensemble for your venue, guests and celebration.
Do You Only Provide Orchestral Ensembles?
While orchestral music is at the heart of USO, our ensembles span a wide range of genres and line-ups. From party bands and showbands to jazz bands, solo DJs and Ibiza-inspired DJ Live sets, we'll create the perfect musical line-up for your celebration.
Do You Perform Outside of London?
Yes. While London is our home, USO performs across the UK and around the world, with performances taking us throughout Europe and as far afield as the USA, India, China and New Zealand. Wherever your celebration takes place, our experienced team can manage the travel, logistics and planning from start to finish
